Um das Aroma zu unterstreichen, sollte auch der Wein eine gute Struktur aufweisen.<\/p>\n<h2>Hirsch<\/h2>\n<p>Ob als Terrine oder als Braten, das Fleisch des Hirsches entfaltet einen sehr ausgepr\u00e4gten Geschmack. Wie beim Reh muss der Wein den Geschmack des Fleisches unterstreichen und gleichzeitig eine sch\u00f6ne St\u00e4rke entwickeln.<\/p>\n<h2>Wildschwein<\/h2>\n<p>Wildschwein wird meist als Eintopf, Braten oder Kotelett serviert und hat einen etwas weniger ausgepr\u00e4gten Geschmack als Hirsch und Reh. Da es jedoch oft mit einer kr\u00e4ftigen Sauce serviert wird, empfiehlt sich ein starker Rotwein dazu.<\/p>\n<h2>Hase<\/h2>\n<p>Das Fleisch des Hasen ist leichter als das der anderen Wildsorten. Es wird oft mit den schmackhaftesten Beilagen serviert. Dadurch wird sowohl das Men\u00fc als auch der Wein sublimiert. Im Herbst liebe ich es, ein <strong>Hirschfilet an Rotweinsauce<\/strong> mit zartschmelzenden Sp\u00e4tzli zu genie\u00dfen, begleitet von einem Glas <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.murailles.ch\/de\/nos-vins\/vin-murailles-rouge-henri-badoux\/\">Murailles Rouge<\/a>. Normalerweise verwende ich denselben Wein, den ich meinen G\u00e4sten zum Probieren vorsetze, auch f\u00fcr die Zubereitung der Sauce. Damit der Murailles Rouge sein volles Aroma entfalten kann, empfiehlt es sich, ihn bei einer <strong>Temperatur von 14\u00b0<\/strong> zu servieren.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        \n        \n
